A complete remodel and substantial addition to a mid-century residence in the hills of South Pasadena. The scope encompassed a first and second story addition along with a re-programming of the entire living area to support the growing family. The project scope extended well beyond the volume of the house into the front and backyards.

Nestled in the hills of South Pasadena, sited on a promontory overlooking the valley to the West, the property was developed to support the family's desire to entertain and enjoy their large extended family. With the expansive doors opened, the back of the home quickly transitions towards an interconnected living space complete with an outdoor kitchen, dining and living room. These spaces take advantage of the property's orientation and topography.
